I've got my FX units wired in post-looper but it would be handy to have this switchable pre or post - with one guitar signal being spilt amongst 3 circuits a rotary switch could do this, but is there an easy configuration of foot switches that could achieve the same result?

Does this make sense?

It sounds like you'd need to be able to route 1 of 2 inputs (guitar and Looper OP) into any of 3 effect ins, with one of the settings simultaneously re-routing the Looper OP to another mixer input. A bit tricky, but, as you say, quite do-able with a rotary type switch. However, I can't think of an easy way to do it with footswitches, so use your hands!
