I'm making a very small compact rig and wondered what the smallest looper is, preferably battery powered
I'd quite like something like the Boss DD-20, as I use it with very long delays, with the feedback set to full, to build up a loop, then lower the feedback to let it die away.

Old school solution is an EHX 16 sec delay (more than 16 secs though). I still fiddle with mine sometimes. The simplicity is inspiring.

Belated reply, but the good old G2 would do this. It's "frozen echo" rather than proper loop, but that's the kind I prefer! Thanks, I have pretty much decided that the DD-20 is probably the smallest thing that will do the job, just need to work out if I can extract it from its excessively heavy case

though the G2 might make a good mini fx processor to use with the DD-20
